Overview
The traditional medical recruiting model is broken and needs to be overhauled.
Traditional, competitive recruiting practices like job boards and job postings are no longer working, especially during a shortage, but it’s still our primary method of sourcing. According to different surveys, 80-90% of candidates on job boards aren’t qualified. If it was working, we wouldn’t be fighting over nurse talent and our jobs would be filled.

TASK
As Brand Specialist at Lazarus Software, I was challenged to create a unique logo and brand identity for MedX360.
MedX360 is a system that transforms the traditional job board of seeking talent and the age-old hiring process.. We developed a system that architects a new, modern model for the ongoing evolution of talent acquisition. Our goal is to help hospitals find quality, pre-vetted talent in a short period of time while cutting the high cost of sourcing and qualifying candidates that don’t get hired.
